Definition:
The vision statement describes what the network wants to be. The vision focuses on the future, gives shape and direction to the future, inspires people, groups and communities and above all shall be relevant for many years.
Key question:
What is the future you want to create for the network? Such as collaborative action and building long lasting relations among network members.

Regional Development Agency North East created a comprehensive presentation of members included in different thematic groups, including both county and regional level. Also decision-making bodies (i.e. Regional Planning Committee) are presented, offering a detailed look for general public on members, policy agenda and progress of activities.

The communication strategy of the regional consortium of Bucharest Ilfov Region addresses the need for regular information on current progress of learning region partnerships through a variety of activities including: progress reports (print and online), workshops and seminars, online newsletters etc.
An important role in this area has the Strategic Evaluation (CRESC). At the same time the Regional Development Council and Regional Council yearly reports offer a detailed view on specific areas of progress and needs for development.

North East Regional Development Plan

North-East RDP is made up of the regional socio economic analysis, SWOT analysis and regional strategy. The steps in the elaboration of the plan are including: collecting and centralising the statistical data, the socio-economic analysis of the data and information, designing SWOT analysis, identification of the key issues, formulating the general and specific objectives, defining priorities and related measures. In order to collect relevant data a wide range of organisations are consulted, both from public and private sector.
